Promotion of Company Products:

During the term of this Agreement, Influencer shall promote Zala Hair Extensions and related products on their social media platforms and other promotional channels. Influencers shall make a good faith effort to promote the products in a positive and authentic manner.

Compensation:

The ambassador will be given a welcome credit ($ amount dependent on the follower reach). Please note, this amount does not include shipping.

In consideration for Influencer’s promotion of the Company’s products, Zala Hair Extensions shall pay Influencer a commission of $20 per sale where the customer has applied the Influencers unique code.

Zala retains the right to withhold payment of commission if any of the promotion guidelines are in breach.

Promotion Terms and Guidelines:

Influencer shall adhere to the following guidelines when promoting Zala Hair Extensions’ products:

1. Influencers shall only promote Zala Hair Extensions products in a positive and honest manner and shall not make any false or misleading claims about the products.
2. Influencers shall not engage in any practices that could harm the reputation or goodwill of Zala Hair Extensions or its products.
3. Influencers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their promotional activities.
4. Influencers MUST tag @zala_hair_extensions in all relevant posts.
5. Influencers should include their unique discount code in all relevant posts as an overlay and/or caption copy.
6. Influencers are not permitted to submit their unique codes to discount code or code-hunt sites - NOTE: this will result in termination of the contract.
7. Influencers must meet the minimum posting requirements of 4 unique posts across Instagram, TikTok or YouTube within the first 90 days of receiving the product;
8. Each post must be unique e.g. no reused content across grid, story, reel, TikTok etc. and absolutely no Zala created content
9. Each post must promote Zala Hair Extensions exclusively e.g. no other brands to be promoted or tagged within the same post.
10. Posts must not contain negative or offensive content.
11. Post must include the following wording to describe the offer ‘$20 off orders over $90’
12. Posts must be original to the influencer and never screenshot, borrowed or repurposed from other creators or profiles
13. No black and white imagery or filters to be applied.
15. Post must not contain any nudity, lingerie or g-string bikinis
15. Untag-Retag activity is not allowed and will result in termination of the agreement.
16. Zala has the right to use the post in promotional material. The ambassador irrevocably grants to the Company a license to use the
17. Content (in whole or in part) in all media, worldwide and for commercial promotion and distribution of the Endorsed Product and
18. the Company's Products worldwide for as long as the Company or its assignees promotes and sells the Endorsed Products and the Company's Products.

IMPORTANT: Influencers may not use content paid for by Zala Hair Extensions on a content creator agreement to promote their unique code.
